I did Long Cycle when I competed. 71 reps w/2x24kg in 9:00 and a little change.
I did a LOT of work on timed sets, pacing the reps at 2-4 per minute and resting in the rack.
sets would vary in length from 3-10 minutes. If I had it to do over again, I'd start with 2 RPM and work up to 10:00, then add 1 RPM until i got to badassedness.

Hey David,
What type of programming did you follow to get your CMS numbers? I am aspiring to achieve MS myself.
Thanks,
Wil
