Hey Dave, I've been reading your blog for a while but this is my first time commenting. Great work on making it into that publication! I really liked hearing what you had to say about the RKC and also coffee. Kidding aside, it's your kind of attitude that makes me excited and inspired to join the ranks of the RKC (when I can get certified that is!) Your words point to what distinguishes the RKC from simple personal/athletic training mentalities. That is a very good thing.
