That was kinda the joke...It was so impromptu he didn't check the plates. As all things strength the tamer makes it look easy. Yes Full Throttle Athletics in Frisco Texas is a great place to train.

Your knee is slightly bent... Is that the right form or is the knee supposed to be locked? Thanks Graham
You bend the knees to dip under the weight to stand up.
