I always get weird looks when people find we weigh almost all of our food and package it on Sunday's.

calories out > calories in is a very flawed theory. if that is true how do you explain the guy that can eat anything and not gain weight. or the person that gains 5lbs from a bad meal. Losing weight is about activating your 6 fat burning hormones so they exceed the action of your 3 fat storing hormones. "Everything in moderation" doesn't apply here.
