Amen Brother, good find. What "they" don't tell you is that carbs (even good ones in excess) raise insulin which stores excesses as fat and cholesterol. Guyton's textbook of medical physiology, used in med schools, states that if you eat 500mg of cholesterol the body will produce 500mg less that day.

I agree with all here. The truth will set you free and will not go away. Even though "everyone knows" cholesterol and fat is "bad for you" I continue to preach and follow just the opposite of what government experts tell us.And the same line of B.S. is being fed to us about 'global warming' too. A similar story holds for it's evolution holds as well.
