Damn! And I thought it was because the medical community failed me by not making a pill that would magically "poof" my fat out of my body! Are you sure there's not somebody else I can blame?

I would like to film these principles and put them on every major network television channel every night to counter act the "buy this pill for $99.99" and all the "Fitness made easy" plugs i see.
