I use some of those excuses, and still end up holding couple 70lbs kettlebells in a dark cold rainy night.

Excuses are good testers for my commitment.

Man what an outstanding video! I want that broad casted every day 12 times a day until America catches on.

David, i am having problems breaking the 25-27 rep range with the RKC snatch test. I can jerk a 24 for a lot of reps, but snatching for these extended sets if kicking the crap out my hands. I have been cork screwing the bell to get more reps, and still my hands are fried by the time i hit 25. Any tips?

How many do you need?

When you say "kicking the crap out my hands" do you mean grip failure or shredding the palm?
