Not wanting to be left out of the Sr. RKC cool kids club, I got the R Phase and have begun practicing the exercises. It is very simliar movement to joint mobility I have been doing for years, but the intent is very different and the reps are much lower. I like it a lot.
The focus is on perfect repetition with NO tension. Very tough thing to do, believe me. Check it out for yourself.

velcome to da cool kids club yah...
lol,I will be interested to see what you find with it david.
I've been playing around with it for a couple of months. It works well if you can relax. This is the hardest part for me.
Actually Dave, you post should read, "Geoff, Rif, Brett,..." since I started doing it first...But seriously, that's only the case because I had to--nothing else worked. I probably would be the last one to do Z if I hadn't broken myself. In that light, it'll be very interesting to see what you get from it since you're injury-free (as far as I know...)
it does say you name first....
i got some old injuries, i just don't whine about them...;)
Well, obviously I look like an idiot. I could've sworn--ah, nevermind.
Have you noticed any changes from practicing R-Phase yet?
G$, it's called editing...;)
Have only played witht eh individual drills and done the full-body thing twice, so nothing much yet.
I am almost certainly not doing them corrcetly yet, given the small bit of practice.
I am going to begin the 8-week reccomendation from the manual tomorrow, so in a couple of months I should have some idea of what I am doing.
Very cool! The Z pool has nice warm water and welcome!
Keep us updated on how it goes. Precision is key with the drills.
Rock on

I am finding that the 'Senior RKC Effect' is one of the best ways to catch on to new things as well. I know that at no time will I find a recommendation to attend a hot new body sculpting class. Am currently reviewing my Z Health materials.
